Unlike any other hotel you’ve ever experienced before, the One Star Hotel exists to give its guests an authentic taste of London’s street culture. Converse are promising staff with attitude, zero sleep for guests, loud neighbours and queues round the block for the gift shop. This doesn’t seem like the proper place to take your kids to, but the incredibly creative street-style decor is really something.
You’ll enter the One Star Hotel through the lobby, where 15-year-old streetwear enthusiast @gullyguyleo will be waiting to welcome you in his own inimitable style.
The “Step Into Sweetness” room translates the pastel colour palette of the latest Spring 2018 Converse One Star lineup into an immersive and Instagrammable experience of cotton candy colour, sound and taste.

In “NYC RIOT GRRRL”, New York brand MadeMe brings back the 90s riot grrrl scene. Set in monochromatic yellow, the room will play host to Dawn Lombardi, Princess Nokia and Nicole Albino.
In “Somewhere in Mid-Century”, A$AP Nast pays respect to the mid-century period by incorporating materials of various textures, patterns and understated shades all inspired from this influential time in design history. The room will see the rapper surprise guests with live, in-room screen printing and a hyper-limited first-time release of his Converse collab in the UK.
