This 45m2 apartment in the 18th district of Paris is divided into 2 rooms. The challenge: create a delightful and comfortable living space, with space restrictions. The magic happens, when associating Modern and Baroque Styles. Enthusiast in mixing different styles, Benny Benlolo breathes new life into this Haussmanian Style, with a contemporary look. Moldings on the ceiling and tiles floor have been preserved. Benny conceived new moldings on the doors and handmade rosettes to create a harmonious Baroque universe.

In the beginning, this Haussmanian apartment was a 250m2 office space, located in the 8th district of Paris. Rooms left to abandon, broken moldings, and an aging carpet floor. Strictly reserved for business use, the rooms were not livable. The main goal of this project has been to rehabilitate the complete interior by creating comfortable and modern spaces while breathing a new life into the Haussmanian Style.

Located in Paris, this Haussmanian Style Apartment of 220m2 was completely refurbished. To bring light and harmony, this aging living space without consistency required a complete renewal. The purpose of this work: breathe a new life into this property without affecting the partition’s layout. For Benny Benlolo, the interior designer, it was a matter of regaining and emphasizing the property’s essence. A classic Haussmanian Style was selected to reflect the interior designer’s background.
