The Gate Building
The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) headquarters is a gateway to a new financial district in Dubai. The Gate is a global center for leading financial businesses designed by Gensler to embody the DIFC’s values of integrity, transparency, and simplicity. The building is an iconic element that called for a promenade ending in a triumphal arch, modeled after Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe. Sitting on an axis with the Emirates Towers and the World Trade Centre, the building frames these two Dubai landmarks, as you can see in the image above.
Located in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, the Wedding Halls is a luxury hospitality development that caters to weddings as well as private and public events. Other amenities include a bridal suite, a makeup room, a family room, a luxury spa with a pool and conjoining secret garden, a gym and meditation room, retail, and F&B spaces. The unique high-end destination is a one-of-a-kind establishment that will be positioned as the ideal retreat for those who seek a momentary escape from reality.
